We can always go back and forth on the length of our hair. Whether you just got a big chop and you've decided to grow it back out, or maybe you just want to have longer and healthier hair in general. I have a few tips up my sleeve on how you can achieve just that.
Growing out your hair can feel daunting and time consuming, but promoting healthy hair can help the growth go faster!
1. Trims every 10-12 weeks
2. Less heat. I’m doing once a month 🫠
3. Fully cleansing my scalp
Growing your hair out is 2 things. Not breaking the hair off of your ends and hair growth from the scalp. So less heat will help keep your ends in tact and trimming off the dead ends to keep it going healthy and strong.
Cleansing your scalp completely will help keep it healthy and stimulated. Encouraging those hair follicles to grow, grow, grow. Don't forget to double cleanse!
